- How to Use The Wave Blooming Liquid 1. Apply a layer of Base Coat gel polish without cure. 2. Take an appropriate amount of wave blooming liquid and suspend it on the gel nail polish. 3. Let it spread naturally until the desired effect is achieved and then light it with U V lamp for 60 120 seconds. 4. Finally seal the layer and let it dry with U V lamp.
