Refund / Return Policy

iBhejo.ae is operated by Global Shopping, LLC, serving customers across the United Arab Emirates.

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags in tact 
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ibhejo.ae

If your return is accepted:

  • We will provide you with an RMA Numbber and instructions on how and where to send your package
  • A return shipping label will be provided

Returns must be requested before sending any item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns Accepted

We accept returns for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Non-defective products (subject to inspection and approval)

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of  receipt of the returned product
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider

Cancellations

If you decide after purchase that you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email with your request within 24 hours, max 48 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund and cancellation.   Thi sis to ensure the order is canceled before it is dispatched.
