Trademarks & Intellectual Property Policy

  1. Ownership of Content
    All content on ibhejo.ae — including but not limited to the "ibhejo" name and logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, text, graphics, images, product listings, software, and the overall design and "look and feel" of the website — is the property of Global Shopping LLC ("ibhejo," "we," "us," or "our") or its licensors, and is protected under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable international intellectual property laws and treaties.
  2. License to Use the Site
    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ibhejo.ae grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:
  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the site or its content for commercial purposes
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our content, software, or branding
  • Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the site without prior written consent
  • Use the ibhejo name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in a way that implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without our express written permission
  1. Third-Party Trademarks
    Any product names, logos, brands, or trademarks displayed on ibhejo.ae that belong to third parties (including brand owners, sellers, or partners) are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those trademark owners, unless explicitly stated.
  2. User-Generated Content
    If you submit reviews, images, comments, or other content to ibhejo.ae, you retain ownership of that content but grant Global Shopping LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit, and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  3. Reporting Infringement
    ibhejo.ae respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users, sellers, and partners to do the same. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your trademark, copyright, or other IP rights, please submit a written notice to support@ibhejo.ae including:
  • A description of the trademark or copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on ibhejo.ae
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

Upon verification, Global Shopping LLC reserves the right to remove or disable access to the infringing content and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

  1. Enforcement
    Unauthorized use of ibhejo's trademarks, branding, or proprietary content may result in legal action under applicable UAE law, including but not limited to Federal Law No. 36 of 2021 on Trademarks and Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights.
