- Door Frame testImportant Some doors have a hollowgap frame and are not suitable for telescopic pullup bars You can test your frame by remove one hinge screw from the frame Short screws 1 mean the frame is solid and suitable Long screws 23 indicate a hollow gap frame which is not suitable
