- HOW TO USE This temp hair dye color shows best on level 10 light blonde hair. Lighten your hair using our Lightening Kit and squeeze out some color into our Tool Kit. Wear gloves to prevent staining. Do a strand test with this hair dye blue before dividing your hair into 4 sections and applying it all over Make sure the color is fully saturated. Let sit for 30 minutes before rinsing out with cool water.
